We are currently at The Great American Trucking Show (August 23-25) in Dallas, TX, where drivers, fleet owners and vendors meet to check out trucks and the latest and greatest trucking products. At our booth (#9033), we have the new dēzl 760 truck navigator on display and available for preorder.
One of the unique and new features of this device is Active Guidance, which provides a moving lane animation to make sure truckers always know exactly what lane they have to be in. Utilizing the large seven-inch display of the dēzl 760, the new Active Lane Guidance is displayed in a split-screen next to the map view. In a moving lane animation a purple line indicates the way the driver should follow. To give you a better idea of how this feature works, check out the short video clip above.
